• What a wonderful time in the house. We were able to enjoy our stay in Niseko in a much deeper and more relaxed way thanks to the service, quality, availability, and always-responsive team of Elite Havens. The house is perfect—everything works, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms have everything needed, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking as a family. Thanks a lot for everything.

• We would like to convey just how enjoyable our stay was at Shousugi. From the beautiful location (which is only 5 minutes to the ski fields) to the well appointed,comfortable bedrooms and living area. We found the experience enjoyable. Additional touches like the cinema room and the spacious sauna were welcomed by kids and adults alike after a great day skiing. A concierge shuttle was also a very convenient way to come and go. We'll be rebooking Shousugi again!

• Two weeks of white magic, and we are the luckiest people in the world! Shousugi, you are perfection—everything we needed and more. And a sauna this year, perfect for thawing out! We will be back for more backcountry powder, family ski days at Annupuri, onsen at Chalet Ivy, and delicious ramen. Hopefully, next time, nobody loses any teeth!
